Sophie Black is a seasoned HR transformation leader with over 15 years of experience in human resources and technology consulting. Before co-founding Intuis in 2020, she held senior roles at companies like South32 and Chevron, where she successfully led complex HR and technology initiatives.
With expertise in organisational development, change management, and strategic workforce planning, Sophie has a proven track record of driving impactful people and technology solutions. Sophie holds a Degree in Business and is passionate about empowering businesses through innovative HR strategies.

Troy Ventriss
Founder & Director
Troy Ventriss is a strategic finance and business leader with over 20 years of experience across the resources, engineering, and technology sectors. As co-founder of Intuis in 2020, Troy brings deep expertise in financial management, business transformation, and operational excellence.
Having served as CFO for companies like Resource Development Group and Engenium, Troy combines his strong financial background with a keen understanding of technology and business processes to drive growth. He holds a Commerce degree from The University of Western Australia and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance, specializing in capital management and M&A.
